I produce artisan, sourdough breads in a hand-made, wood-fired oven.
About My Bread
Some of the breads I make include:
- Brooklin Boule
- A classic sourdough loaf. A little bit of whole rye flour adds to the depth of flavor.
- Michaud Miche
- A slightly denser loaf made of half unbleached white flour and half whole wheat flour.
- Seedy Multigrain
- A white & whole wheat loaf with lots of chewy little seeds and grains mixed in. One of our favorites!
- Whole Wheat
- Damn near 100% whole wheat but still lofty and light. The rich whole wheat flavor is balanced by a touch of local maple syrup.
How to Get Bread
Right now, all bread is available by pre-order only. It can be picked up here at the farm, or at a pickup location in Unity. If you would like to be on my
